Favourite food: Pasta! I love spaghetti with spicy meat balls and oak smoked cheddar.
Favourite drink: Fresh orange juice. Mmm!!! Or a pint of Guinness.
Favourite sport: So many... would probably have to be rugby league, purely for the speed and power and dynamics of it.
Favourite exercise: Squats and snatches all the time. They work all the body and increase strength, power and speed.
Least favourite gym habit: New members who "know what they're doing" then go about bicep curling and calf raising to fitness...

What else do you like outside of sport and fitness?: Well I like outdoor pursuits - camping and walking etc, but also foreign languages and travelling.
