Chris has been a great addition to the U23's BNTS crew! All his training for the squad has been specific to their paddling, Chris is a confident, motivating, and a very knowledgeable and professional instructor. 

On a personal note, Chris has helped me to regain and increase my fitness levels & confidence (through a personal training regime) over the last 8 weeks to a standard to enable me to trial for a place in the Great Britain senior women's crew for the world championships in Tampa this August (2011). I have nothing but admiration for Chris as I know I haven't been an easy project.

"I spoke to Chris in relation to the food I required for recovery and increasing my size.  For the pole vault I need to be at a peak weight while maintaining strength.  I was given great advice and shown how to calculate my daily calorie requirements, with example foods and meals to be eating. I gained 3kg in two weeks and have improved in the gym too, so overall very happy indeed."

"I saw Olympic Fitness Coach on a friend's wall on Facebook and he was talking about strength training. I read a couple of his posts and liked what I was reading, so decided to ask for his advice.
